Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the perfume in its original box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives at our warehouse in perfect condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
